Delivery
We offer a tracked delivery service using Royal Mail. When placing your order, the date you select on the calendar is your chosen delivery date. Your order will be delivered on or before the first day of your rental period.
We recommend getting your order delivered at least 2 days before your event date so you have time to try on your outfit as well as allow for any delays which are outside of our control. Please note that we are not liable for any delivery delays caused by our 3rd party delivery provider.
Hire Returns
If you do not wish to wear your item or it is unsuitable, you can receive a refund minus a £25 administration fee once the item is sent back to us. This is subject to the following conditions:
- The ribbon tag must still be attached to the item for it to be classed as unworn. If the item is returned without a ribbon attached it will be classed as worn and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- The item must be returned within 48-hours of your rental start date if your order has already been dispatched. For non-dispatched orders you must contact as us as soon as possible.

Purchases Returns
Saree Hire Store will refund all non-jewellery purchases provided they have not been damaged, used or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. This is subject to a £4 processing fee. Please note the postage to return the item(s) will be at your own cost.
Purchases of items in the “sale” section are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please keep in mind that any return request must be submitted within 14 days of making your purchase.
Jewellery
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any jewellery purchase for hygiene reasons.
